Tidewater Builders Inc. Announces New Ownership

It is hard to believe that it has been almost 20 years since Tidewater Builders began. From its inception, our goal has been to build a better home. Period. Scott Sutherland and Jerry Wyles have been our leaders and guides as they have put together a team of professionals to build that better home. From Sales and Design to Selections and Production, the goal has always been to grant the best in customer service. Each team member was hired to do what they do best, thus offering experts in each stage of the building process instead of the typical "jack of all trades."

Now, it is with great pleasure that we announce this same, highly skilled team has purchased Tidewater Builders. Bret Broadwater, who has been our chief designer for the past twelve years and has designed the majority Tidewater homes, has stepped in as our new President. Bret will lead us to the next level and improve upon the great foundation that Tidewater Builders is known for.

Our names and faces are not changing. Neither is our commitment to excellence. As employee/owners of Tidewater Builders it is our continued commitment to build a better home. Period!
