Thomas Patterson Will Discuss Critical Concepts of Business Litigation at the 2013 Hospitality Law Conference
HOUSTON, TX (I-Newswire) February 6, 2013 - Chicago Business Litigation Attorney and Author Thomas Patterson of The Patterson Law Firm, LLC will be leading The Convergence of Risk Management, Legal Compliance & Loss Prevention session at the 2013 Hospitality Law Conference at 9 a.m. February 11, 2013 in Houston, Texas.
Patterson will focus on critical concepts of business litigation that include understanding insurance coverage issues and how to keep secrets. More than 300 legal, operations, finance/accounting and development professionals are anticipated to attend the conference. MCLE accreditation for up to 18 hours is available.
“I am looking forward to sharing my insurance coverage, claims and commercial litigation experience with this group of outstanding industry professionals and leaders,” Patterson said. “I know I am going to receive a wealth of information and am looking forward to continuing my collaboration with the Hospitality Law Conference in years to come.”
For 11 years, the Hospitality Law Conference has converged the country's hospitality thought leaders, breaking down silos, creating cross-functional dialogues for more effective execution and career enhancement. Lawyers have learned about the financial aspects of deals and the financial experts get a better understanding of the legal and compliance aspects. The conference also breaks down the barriers between legal, risk, loss prevention and HR for the operation. As a result of attending, hotels and restaurants are safer and more secure for customers and employees. The conference provides intensive education (CLE, CPE, HRCI and EI credit) and exceptional networking among legal, development, risk, finance, HR and operations.
