Tampa (I-Newswire) November 26, 2012 - McCumber, Daniels, Buntz, Hartig & Puig P.A. welcomes Theresa A. Domenico to the firm’s Tampa office. Ms. Domenico focuses her practice in the areas of insurance defense litigation, nursing home litigation, medical malpractice, general litigation and civil trial practice.

Ms. Domenico received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida and her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida.

Prior to joining McCumber Daniels, Ms. Domenico practiced civil litigation involving physician malpractice defense litigation, pharmaceutical laboratory compliance and pain management, personal injury defense, nursing home litigation, products liability and insurance defense. Additionally, Ms. Domenico advised healthcare providers such as hospitals, physicians, nurses, pharmaceutical companies, nursing homes, insurers and any other provider of health care on all matters affected by Health Care Law including Medicare and Medicaid compliance, risk management, malpractice litigation and general business management issues. As a former criminal defense attorney and state prosecutor, Ms. Domenico’s criminal trial experience and knowledge extends to representing numerous matters, including but not limited to DUI, theft, burglary, sex crimes, child abuse, white collar crimes and murder.
