The Upper Room Invites You To A Night In Paris
12th Annual auction / fundraiser for local nonprofit organization offers a ticket incentive and various sponsorship levels
Online, August 11, 2013 (Newswire.com) - The Upper Room, a Family Resource Center in Derry, NH is hosting its 12th Annual Family Matters Auction on November 1, 2013. Get your passports ready and study the language of love, because attendees will step into "A Night in Paris" which is, of course, the theme of the night.
As in years past, the event is expected to auction off over 150 items - via both live and silent auctions. There will also be food and drink, games, raffles, and Parisian-themed entertainment. Promises To Keep in Derry, NH will be transformed into a nightscape of the most romantic city on Earth - oh la la!
The event has sold out every year since its inception, so The Upper Room encourages interested parties to buy tickets in advance. In fact, those who purchase tickets by October 15th will be entered into a grand raffle! "We know committing to an event that is several months away can sometimes be difficult, but our Family Matters Auctions always sell out, so we don't want anyone to miss out at the last minute," explains Kimberly Bavaro, Executive Director of The Upper Room. "That's why we have developed a ticket incentive this year. Until October 15th, anyone who buys one ticket will be granted one entry into our grand prize raffle, and a ten ticket purchase awards the purchaser ten entries. What's the prize? We don't want to reveal that just yet. Just know it's sure to be enjoyed by the winner!"
"A Night in Paris" also affords local businesses various sponsorship opportunities. Packages range from $35 to $3,500 and provide an easy way to gain visibility with engaged community members and fellow organizations. From placing in ad in the auction program book to hanging a banner at the event, receiving complimentary tickets, and having your company name and logo placed on all print events and at the auctioneer's podium - there is a sponsorship opportunity for any size marketing budget.
