The M3 Lounge Gives the "GIFT OF LIFE" This Christmas
The M3 Music Foundation partners with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
Online, December 12, 2013 (Newswire.com) - This Christmas, the M3 Music Foundation, founded by Melvin M Miller (M3), partners with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to give the "GIFT of LIFE" to a cancer patient. The M3 Lounge will donate $3 from every ticket sold to its upcoming "Christmas Edition" show, to raise $450 or more to help pay for a day of oxygen for a St. Jude's cancer patient.
On Friday, December 20th, the M3 Lounge Presents… Music for the Senses, will feature songs from "I Hope You Dance" and jazzy Christmas selections performed by the phenomenal "Man with the Horn" along with special surprise musical guests. The concert will be held at Acoustix Jazz Restaurant & Lounge located at 840 Marietta St NW, Atlanta, GA 30318.
This partnership with St. Jude's is especially special to Melvin because it gives him the opportunity to provide hope to those suffering with cancer and it serves as a fitting tribute to his late mother, Carmelita Miller, who passed in 2009 from lung cancer. "To give the gift of oxygen is simply amazing and just something that no one ever thinks about…" states Melvin.
