The Anthroposophic Psychology Associates of America (APAA) is proud to announce the First Psychosophy Conference of 2014 will be held at Camphill Soltane in Glenmoore, Pennsylvania, Feburary 6th & 7th. The Conference by the Psychosophy Circle is entitled "Aspects of the Fallen Self" and features three outstanding lecturers.

James Dyson, William Bento & Roberta Nelson will in this mini-conference explore cosmological and pastoral aspects of this path of evolution through lectures and eurythmy, relating these to current challenges in society and human relationship.

Specific insights will be drawn from Steiner's medical, psychological and astrosophical indications, and related to contemporary transpersonal and psychospiritual paradigms in psychology. The Eurythmy will led by Gillian Schoemaker & Karen Derreumaux.

The Psychosophy Circle is excited to be able to present this conference at Camphill Soltane which is a vibrant community made up of young adults and adults with developmental disabilities who live, learn, and work together. Camphill Soltane is based on a spiritual understanding of the human being, the earth and the universe.

Anthroposophy has sparked innovations in many areas of life, and has given rise not only to Camphill communities, but to Waldorf education, bio-dynamic agriculture, and new forms of medicine, therapies, and the arts

The term Anthroposophy can be understood as the inspiration by Sophia, divine wisdom, for the development of the fully human being, Anthropos. The term itself emphasizes the positive attitude toward the human being faced with the challenges of modern times. It references a living perennial teaching, with roots in the work of the philosopher Rudolf Steiner.
