THE Conference Slated for Wilkes-Barre

(I-Newswire) March 18, 2010 - THE Conference, a day long, comprehensive professional development and business conference, will begin at 8 a.m. with multiple tracks in major business disciplines. Track sessions include C-level, marketing, financing, human resources, entrepreneurship, social media, green marketing, technology, accounting and more. Special sessions for nonprofit organizations are also included. THE Conference concludes with Cocktails & Connections, a business mixer at 5 p.m.

The keynote speaker is Myra Golden, nationally known speaker and author of Beyond Wow. This keynote is essential for any organization that wants to definitively differentiate their service experience from competitors while dramatically increasing revenues. In Beyond WOW you’ll learn how to differentiate your brand by designing and delivering exceptional customer experiences that build and strengthen loyalty.
