A solution was completed in July, with retail and food outlets located to a new 220m long balcony, making use of nearly 2,000m2 of first floor former office space and providing additional escalators and walkways to Waterloo East. The Balcony is the home of a new fourth branch of London based Sports Bar & Grill.
