Tecma Group Makes More Mexico Manufacturing Space Available.

El Paso-based Mexico industry service provider acquires additional industrial space to accommodate manufacturers' demands.

El Paso (I-Newswire) February 28, 2013 - Tecma Group Incorporated has acquired an industrial building measuring 102,608 square feet that sits on 5.6 acres in one of Mexico's major manufacturing communities, Ciudad Juarez. It is projected that this space will be required to accommodate industrial expansion in this bustling region on the U.S.-Mexico border. The property is an addition to the over one million existing square feet that Tecma Group Incorporated currently holds in its Ciudad Juarez industrial real estate portfolio.

Tecma Incorporated's real estate holdings in this region are located at a number of strategically chosen locations.

While the building can potentially be used to meet the needs of a single tenant, Tecma Group Incorporated also provides potential users with the flexible option of renting smaller areas within the structure to allow for multiple companies to use it as a base within which they can conduct their Mexico manufacturing operations. In addition to featuring fourteen dock doors suited to accommodate high volume manufacturing and bulk shipping activity, the industrial space is in close proximity to the Zaragosa Bridge, which is the site of one of the U.S.-Mexico border’s major ports of entry.
