Last year, the couple sold homes all over San Diego County including La Jolla, Downtown, Mission Valley, Mission Hills, Hillcrest, Santee, Lakeside, Chula Vista, and Bonita.

In the coming year, the Rosentals are looking forward to two large row home projects, one in Mission Hills and one in Hillcrest, which will be listed in the high $600,000 range. They pride themselves on successfully being able to represent small developers
