April 12, 2011, Brooklyn Park Youth Speak! The youth of Village Child and ASSA Inc are joining forces to host a youth forum for the Mayoral race in Brooklyn Park MN.
Online, March 31, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Calling all youth! Now is the time to let your voices be heard! With a special election for Mayor underway in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, the youth of Village Child and ASSA Inc would like to invite you to take part in a Mayoral town-hall forum.
The Forum is scheduled for Tuesday, April 12, 2011 from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at the Brooklyn Park Evangelical Free Church: 7849 West Broadway, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445.
Come out as we position ourselves to be leaders of the future, responsibly take part in civic activity, and establish a relationship with our future Mayor.
This forum will be hosted and facilitated by young adults. As the youth of Brooklyn Park, we will derive, collect and ask the questions so come prepared. It is time for our voices to be heard, come out as we lead our city into a new era!
