The EV market is expanding rapidly and so are policies supporting its growth. Each state and region adopts its own programs, incentives, and regulations around EV charging infrastructure, making it difficult to evaluate whether, how and where to enter the market. We reviewed regulations in all 50 states, three Canadian provinces and 100 metropolitan statistical areas to help stakeholders navigate the web of regulatory requirements.
