Symbiosis Healthcare PLC: AGM Convened Successfully

UK (I-Newswire) May 31, 2011 - London- Symbiosis Healthcare PLC, the established healthcare platform in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), which was created as the vehicle to launch an integrated, nationwide network of healthcare facilities all over the UAE recently convened its Annual General Meeting in Broadgate Towers in London.

Dr. Muhammad Aleem Mirza, the Director of the company, presided over the meeting in presence of investors, company’s accountants and company’s corporate advisors. The management presented the company’s annual report, accounts and comprehensive investors’ update. Certain resolutions like re-appointing the accountants and adopting the new articles of association of the Company were also passed during the meeting. Dr. Aleem Mirza gave a detailed presentation on Symbiosis Healthcare PLC summarising the business policy, operation’s review, future strategy and change of scope in business.

When asked about the growth plans by an investor, Dr. Mirza said, “The Company continues to pursue revenue forward by implementing several different strategies that shall enhance patient experience and look for diverse revenue generation as well as deliver profits. Dr. Aleem Mirza also reassured the investors of the possible listing of the company on the PLUS markets within next 6-8 weeks. Consideration of a company’s application usually takes up to four weeks.”
