However, the custom system lacked collaboration features and the ability to provide real time information. After an extensive investigation of the company's operational needs and an examination of both a Tier One and a Tier Two solution, Swinerton decided that CMiC Open Enterprise v10 was the right construction software solution for their project management requirements.
