Success for Kids Releases Statement on the Recent Suicides Resulting from Bullying

(I-Newswire) October 1, 2010 - Success for Kids believes that Social Emotional Learning (SEL) is an essential component of schools’ curriculum to improve student behavior and academic performance. As the first month of the school year draws to a close, it’s important for parents, teachers, and administrators to recognize the signs of bullying and address the behavior in a proactive manner. Within the past week, there have been tragedies suffered by families and communities after students succumbed to the pressure of bullying and committed suicide.
