Steven Warren MD DPA and Mike Kennedy MD just published new High Polyphenol Diet Study. High polyphenol diet program with an excellent accountability system has been shown to help patients lose weight.

New York (I-Newswire) December 17, 2011 - Steven Warren MD DPA and Mike Kennedy just published their new high polyphenol diet study in the American Society for Bariatric Physician's journal Bariticarian. It showed that with the use of a high polyphenol carbohydrate controlled diet that by decreasing inflammation in the body it is possible to help people lose weight. They used a high polyphenol product with an accountability system to help the study participants loss on an average 31 lbs in 12 weeks. The accountability system was the main component of the program which helped the individuals continue on their weight loss program and gave them the needed social support to continue. Drs Kennedy and Warren in their book Radically Free Diet, contend that decreasing inflammation in the body and boosting the body's ability to fight oxidation is the mainstay in controlling weight. The use of high polyphenol ingredients combined with the correct type of proteins with minimal simple carbohydrates can help you lose weight.
