Stephouse Recovery Announces That They Are Introducing Sobriety Coaches to Their Rehabilitation Program

Stephouse Recovery has announced that they will be utilizing sobriety coaches into their rehab programs. These coaches will act as an accountability partner for those transitioning from rehabilitation to sober living.

Stephouse Recovery has a brand new way of offering help to those seeking recovery from alcohol and/or drug addiction. This new alternative form of therapy is what Stephouse recovery is calling Sobriety Coaching. A sobriety coach is an onsite accountability partner, someone who has dealt with addiction in the past but has maintained 5 years of continuous abstinence. A sober coach may live with a person, or spend anywhere between 6 to 12 hours a day with that person to help with their recovery. It all depends on what the patients needs are.

Stephouse Recovery, located in Orange County, CA, has been the leader in offering detox and rehabilitation services for drug and alcohol addictions for about 10 years now. Stephouse Recovery already has and offers licensed counselors and therapists on sight to help their patients throughout their recovery, but they believe that sobriety coaches can help with patients in a more relative way because of their shared experiences and history in the realm of addiction and the recovery process.

As Stephouse Recovery puts it, "Our Stephouse Recovery Sober Coaches are the insurance policy you need to protect the investment you've made in treatment." So essentially, Stephouse is providing outpatient treatment for those who are going through the transition from rehab to independent sober living.

The Same day (Dec. 12/2013) that Stephouse Recovery announces the use of sobriety coaches is the same day that they will be integrating them into all of their recovery programs. Stephouse believes that this type of alternative counseling is what sets them apart from other rehabilitation centers.
