Spruce Point Inn Plans Extensive Upgrades for 2011 Season

Boothbay Harbor, Maine (I-Newswire) January 19, 2011 - Joe Paolillo and Angelo DiGuilian, Innkeepers, announced today an extensive upgrade plan for Spruce Point Inn, to be completed for the 2011 season. Upgrades will encompass all aspects of the property from guest rooms and cottages to function space and recreational areas. Angelo DiGuilian explains, "We're very excited about these upgrades, particularly because they focus on maintaining the unique character of the Inn and enriching the guest's experience." For instance, guest rooms will have new furnishings and décor, common areas will be enhanced, and new furnishings placed by the pools. Also, the Inn will open its oceanfront deck for lunch, serving salads, seafood and regional specialties. The Inn also plans to expand is mooring field and dock to accommodate the local and transient boating community. Function spaces, used primarily by social and corporate groups, will benefit from new décor and meeting technology.
