SPOOFEM.COM Gets a Name Change

Atlanta, GA (I-Newswire) May 5, 2011 - SPOOFEM.COM USA is pleased to announce it has changed its name to High Tech Crime Solutions Inc. to expand its focus on retail sales. SPOOFEM.COM’s sister company LIGATT Security International (OTC: LGTT) received numerous inquires from smaller companies with security software or individuals who are security experts and would like LIGATT to represent them to market their products. CEO of both companies, Gregory D. Evans, feels High Tech Crime Solutions will be the best way to do that.

SPOOFEM.COM USA, an Oklahoma corporation, is currently one of the largest caller ID telephone spoofing services allowing you to change your caller ID, text messages and e-mails.

“I think this is a great time. The cyber crime business is a very big arena. There are a lot of people trying to get into this avenue. They may be computer minded but not business minded. They may not be able to have the concept, knowledge or contacts to bring a product to the retail environment. This is where High Tech Crime Solutions Inc. comes into play,” says Evans.

Evans, the current SPOOFEM.COM founder, CEO and President, will step down as CEO of the company and will bring on a new CEO who has a strong background in business and marketing with a proven track record and years of experience in the industry of bringing products from concept to reality.

“SPOOFEM.COM has been very profitable. We have not done any 504 financing for the company since October 10. A name change has already taken place in Oklahoma and it filed paperwork to change the NASDQ stock symbol,” adds Evans.

This is also part of the goal for SPOOFEM.COM to take Hi-Tech Crime Solutions to the NASDQ or at least the bulletin board. This will expand the company’s horizon so it is not just focused on caller ID spoofing services and spyware.
