Spartan Fitness Solutions Goes Live! May 21st, 2011

The Internet (I-Newswire) April 14, 2011 - Spartan Fitness Solutions is launching it's first direct to market digital download product May 21st, 2011.

What is it?

Spartan Fitness Solutions aims to provide affordable and sweat inducing workouts that you can take with you on the go, do at home, or even at the gym. If you want to get a fit, sculpted body, without investing hours and hours at the gym, then this is for you.

Our workouts will break the mold of what is currently offered by harnessing different tools such as the TRX (Suspension Training), Kettlebells, Bulgarian Sandbags, etc.

These are tools that you can even make yourself for a marginal price, and is something we will be covering.

Why?

There is an epidemic facing North America right now. More and more of the population are dying due to obesity related illnesses. Right now, this generation is the first in our history that is said they won't live longer than there parents. This not acceptable!

Changes need to be made starting now.

How?

Different themed workouts will be released every 2 months or sooner depending on the schedule. Workouts will be around 40 minutes including warm up and cool down. Portable fitness tools will be used, so you don't have to do this at home if you don't want too.
