Southeast Mortgage Hires Joe Wargo As Executive Mortgage Loan Originator

ATLANTA (I-Newswire) April 26, 2011 - Southeast Mortgage, a full service Georgia mortgage lender and one of the largest non-bank lenders in the Southeast, has named Joe Wargo as its new executive mortgage loan originator and CMPS as of Dec. 1.

Wargo has been in the banking and mortgage lending industry since 1990 and has held sales, operations and management roles over his 20-year career. Wargo is currently on the board for the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia, Atlanta chapter. Wargo is also active in many industry and community organizations including: Realtors® Political Action Committee; Atlanta Board of Realtors®; Women’s Council of Realtors®, Atlanta chapter; president of the Kiwanis Club of Alpharetta/John’s Creek; and a founding member and past president of the Professional Resource Group.
