Dave Ulrich is a Professor of Business at the University of Michigan and a partner at the RBL Group, a consulting firm focused on helping organizations and leaders deliver value. He studies how organizations build capabilities of speed, learning, collaboration, accountability, talent, and leadership through leveraging human resources. He has helped generate award winning data bases that assess alignment between strategies, human resource practices and HR competencies. He has consulted and done research with over half of the Fortune 200.

Jon Younger is a Partner of the RBL Group and leads the Strategic HR practice area. He is also a Director of the RBL Institute. Beginning in 2013, he will shift to a part time contribution within the firm as Partner Emeritus consulting to a select number of firm clients in the areas of HR strategy, HR transformation, and leadership development, and speaking on these topics to corporate executive group. Jon has been a faculty affiliate for Duke Corporate Education, a faculty partner of the Center for Executive Development (CED). His Ph.D. in Organization and Social Psychology is from the University of Toronto. He and his family live in Short Hills, N.J.

Dr. Wayne Brockbank is the first partner emeritus of The RBL Group. Professor Brockbank has made significant contributions as a Clinical Professor of Business at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and as a consultant and executive educator at The RBL Group. Wayne's research, consulting and teaching made important contributions to strategic human resource management strategy and implementation, and international business. As an educator, at the University of Michigan's Executive Education Center, Wayne directed the Director of the Center for Strategic Human Resource Leadership. He was the Faculty Director of the Strategic Human Resource Planning Program and Co-Director of the Advanced Human Resource Executive Program and the Human Resource Executive Program. These executive programs are consistently rated over the last twenty years as the best HR executive programs in the United States and Europe by the Wall Street Journal, Business Week and Leadership Excellence. He was also the founding Faculty Director of the Michigan Global Executive MBA.

Mike Ulrich's background is focused on research methods and statistical analysis. He holds both B.S. and M.S. degrees in statistics with emphasis on business analysis. Mike has experience in a wide variety of statistical methods, including multivariate regression, ANOVA, sample and survey design, structural equation modeling, Bayesian hierarchical models, mixed models, stochastic processes, experimental design, meta-analysis, and non-parametrics. He has worked on a variety of statistical projects from exit polling and election prediction to the relationship between job performance and satisfaction to the effectiveness of prerecorded lectures in academic programs. Mike has been with The RBL Group since May of 2009 and has proven to be a valuable asset in analyzing and organizing our many research studies (including the HRCS, Leadership Code, and talent management research). He has worked with ADIA, NuSkin International, Ernst & Young, the Singapore Ministry of Manpower, and Pfizer, among others.
