Sony India Kickstarts Roadshow To Showcase 'World’s Smallest Interchangeable Lens Camera'

Sony India has organised road shows across 13 key locations in 10 cities. Here, the customers can experience the path breaking Alpha-NEX series cameras and touch & feel the product along with an exciting ‘live’ demo of the features.

New Delhi (I-Newswire) January 20, 2011 - With an objective of providing a real time experience of the Alpha-NEX series cameras – “The world’s smallest cameras with interchangeable lens” to the Indian Consumers, Sony India has kick-started a unique ‘NEX Road Show Activity’. This promotional activity involves a hands-on experience of the NEX series cameras at malls in 13 locations across 10 cities in India.

This activity will extend an exclusive opportunity for photography enthusiasts to actually ‘touch & feel’ the product & experience live demo of the NEX-5 & Nex-3 cameras while understanding its various features like the HD Movie Recording, 3D Sweep Panorama and Background Defocus Function.

These road shows are slated as exclusive opportunity for consumers to experience the recently launched cameras. Visitors can also opt to attend a tutorial seminar for these cameras which will be held separately later. These road shows will continue till the end of February 2011.

The NEX series cameras were launched recently in India. Sony India introduced two cameras in this series – NEX-5 & NEX-3. A special microsite has been created to showcase the features and usage of the NEX series cameras. Sony India is also hosting a special contest for its NEX camera users.
