2. Preview the transactions that are going to be archived
3. Archive and Purge using either using a multi-step model with built-in preview capabilities or automated model with event notifications
4. Use the auto-configuration option to automatically select related tables, link them relationally, and assign a driving table
5. Run the configurations with the Solix EDMS tool or integrate the archive processes with enterprise schedulers or management tools
