Smart Betty, Canada based daily deal franchise, continues to expand into the US

Mississauga (I-Newswire) November 2, 2012 - Smart Betty, with their home office located in Mississauga, Ontario, continues to grow in the US, as their latest franchise in Madison, WS, went live on November 1, 2012.

Smart Betty’s announcement follows in the footsteps of their purchase of GoSango in BC last month. Daniel Lattanzio, president of Smart Betty, stated that “The daily deal industry is alive and well, and continues to prosper, and this is reflected in Smart Betty’s latest franchise opening”. Sales for merchants using daily deal sites have been shown to have jumped by 6% from last year.

Great deals with local merchants are offered by Smart Betty to their customers, but it is the community which really benefits, through Smart Betty’s giving back to the community program. Charities and non-profit associations receive 10% of Smart Betty’s profits from sales in the region.
