At SIPOS Aktorik the company believes in the synergy between healthy minds and bodies. As part of this philosophy, a dedicated health day was organised when a renowned sports scientist presented to SIPOS staff.

Altdorf (I-Newswire) September 6, 2012 - Dr. Simon von Stengel, a specialist in nutrition research at the University of Erlangen, visited the company and presented using a combination of descriptive theory with practical assessments.

Each employee that attended received detailed information on their body composition including their muscle mass and body fat. Using specialist test equipment, Dr von Stengel was able to provide participants with a ‘Bio Impedance Analysis’.

The health day concluded with useful nutrition information presented in a humorous way that gave SIPOS staff ‘food for thought’.
