The three-course Mother’s Day menu includes: an appetizer choice of Gallagher’s remarkable Onion Soup with Grilled Croutons & Melted Gruyere Cheese or Mixed Green Salad with Beefsteak Tomato & Mustard Vinaigrette; the entrée is Filet Mignon “Oscar Style, “ a 10-oz. Filet Mignon Topped with Crabmeat, Asparagus and Bearnaise Sauce; and wrap up the celebration with Chocolate Mousse Cake with Chocolate Ganache, coffee and tea included, for dessert.
