(I-Newswire) January 27, 2010 - Lucky Technology and Infordata Sistemi have chosen the SecuGen® SDA03M™ fingerprint independent sensor for iGuard®, the well-known popular device used in Access Control and Time Attendance processes.

The iGuard provides physical access control, time clock and time attendance functions at work, as a “plug and play” device in the stand-alone option or with multiple access points. The iGuard uses SecuGen fingerprint biometric technologies to verify the registered users. Additionally, it also incorporates Mifare® smart card technology, simple enough to be integrated in administrative software, has a web server, and is able to connect through LAN / VPN network or Internet.

iGuard has grown to become the product of preference for many applications where the most important benefit is web connection with the simplicity of use. The SecuGen SDA03M is extremely robust, precise and economical, because it was intended for long-lasting performance in high traffic and problematic environments. These sensors are widely recognized as the most efficient and convenient solutions, able to incorporate effectively fingerprints scanning and to match them in the third party devices.
