Scott Yates Joins Nashville Computer
Brentwood, Tennessee - August 24, 2009 - Nashville Computer (NC)is excited to announce the newest addition to their team. Scott Yates, formerly Director of Technical Service at Excalibur Integrated Systems, joins NC as a Wireless Network Engineer.

Recently at Excalibur, Yates did wireless site survey for Fruit of the Loom; a 1 million plus square foot facility. There he specified locations for 52 wireless access points. Yates has also completed site surveys for wireless access points for Shaw Industries in Dalton, GA; Wholesale Supply Group in Cleveland, TN; the City of Chattanooga; and Trevecca Nazarene University here in Nashville.
Yates' wireless specialties include Network Penetration or Security/Intrusion testing. "Wireless is the only place still left in networking where there are 'smoke and mirrors'," Yates explains. "Because wireless is intangible and based on radio waves, it's not something that can be done without the proper instrumentation and background information. Without these proper components, it will almost always fail. Many people try to do it; very few people do it well."
