Science and Technology Website in Indonesia

Perpustakaan.or.id is one of the Internet's science and technology news websites in Indonesia. This website provides accurate information from articles derived from international and domestic researches and journals.

Perpustakaan.or.id had launched in March 17, 2012. With site title of "Jurnal, Artikel Ilmiah, Sains, Teknologi, Cerita Anak", Dongeng, it aims to disseminate science and technology, especially in Indonesia. The information contained on this site contains domestic and abroad science and technology development from the past to the current based on scientific sources which are reliable.

No other web site offers readers the depth and breadth of breaking news about the latest scientific discoveries that perpustakaan.or.id does in such a user-friendly format - all freely accessible with no subscription fees.

"This website is the result of the creativity of the nation's son. I hope more and more content is displayed so that the quality and scientific information available in Indonesia has become easier to obtain." Said AB Susanto, Competitive Scholarship Coordinator, Bureau of State Planning and Cooperation, Ministries Of Education And Culture, Indonesia.

Updated several times a day with breaking news and feature articles, seven days a week, the site covers discoveries in all fields of the physical, biological, earth and applied sciences. Stories are integrated with photographs and illustrations, links to journals and academic studies, related research and topics, encyclopedia articles, and videos, to provide a wealth of relevant information on almost every science topic imaginable - from astrophysics to zoology.

"Perpustakaan.or.id will reduce the information gap between the science and technology of the West and Indonesia, for translation from English to Indonesian will allow Indonesian people to obtain new sources of high-quality knowledge", said Gilang Aji Pratama, Co-Founder Perpustakaan.or.id

Hopefully, the information that has been converted into the Indonesian language could facilitate the reader to better understand the development of science, increased interest in learning, and support the development of science and technology in Indonesia.
