Michelle Dunn is nation's top expert on credit and debt collection and has since authored many books on the topic of credit and debt collection, and has over 26 years of experience.

In Michelle's new book: "Collection Agency Marketing", she has brought together and collaborated with five successful, prominent women in the field of credit and debt recovery to undertake the goal of making the credit and collections industry a better place.
