Sare Rue and Your New Year's Resolution?

Los Angeles (I-Newswire) February 25, 2011 - If like most of us you made the New Year's Resolution of losing weight, you will be getting help from Sare Rue. She has been there and knows how hard it can be if done wrong.

Reality shows on television today have become very popular. Why not include a reality series about planning a wedding while losing weight for the big event? Sare Rue will host such a CW really series called “Shedding for the Wedding” that begun yesterday at 9 p.m.

The grand prize will be a fantasy wedding shown in the show’s finale; nine couples will compete for the prize. “Shedding for the Wedding” is not only about losing weight the healthy way but also about long-term goals.

Rue is also known for her role in “Less Than Perfect” which was an ABC sitcom in 2002-2006. She has lost over 50 pounds and looks great!
