Sao Paulo Investor Relations Specialists MSI Consultants To Receive Private Placement Investment Capital

MSI Consultants announced this morning the company will seek to avoid the previously proposed stock market listing, in favour of seeking investment capital through private placements

Sao Paulo (I-Newswire) March 21, 2013 - Following much uncertainty with the board of directors divided as to whether the company would benefit from going public or remaining private via seeking limited private placement funding, MSI Consultants Executive Chairman Mr Lucas Pereira has this morning announced that the company will remain privately funded throughout these next twenty four months while the MSI equity fund launch and second office opening take place.

Mr William Francis, a non-executive director at MSI Consultants was pleased with the final outcome and commented “Certainly this move is in the best interests of MSI Consultants at this present time, and we are all happy that the uncertainty has been resolved and we can concentrate on our work. The decision itself had been postponed due to the heavy workload MSI Consultants was under back in the final quarter of 2012.”

MSI Consultants Executive Chairman Mr Lucas Pereira said “In order to realise our goals it was always going to be necessary to seek external funding, so the board of directors knew long ago that this would happen via one method or another. Now that this private funding is in place, it's important that we adhere to our commitments, and create value for those who have invested in our potential.”

Later this year MSI Consultants will use the investment capital raised to open a second office in Sao Paulo, dividing the current operation in two, in addition to launching a private equity fund which will require the company employs more staff, and will mean expenses will initially increase. However, Mr Pereira insists this initial cash-burning will quickly become profit making due to the large number of contracts MSI Consultants has in the pipeline.
