SandSIV Announces Restructuring of Business Units

SandSIV has recently announced the creation of three new business units. This is as a direct result of the recent acquisition and subsequent integration of two other companies, CustVox and Alliera.

SandSIV, a Zurich based Technology Company that specializes in delivering a unique combination of expert Customer Experience Management (CXM) consultancy services, alongside its cutting edge Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Big Data Analytics technology, has announced the formation of three new business units.

These three new business units have been formed by SandSIV, following the recent acquisition of two companies, CustVox and Alliera. SandSIV has spent some time restructuring the company to integrate the products and resources of these two acquisitions into its own brand. This resulted in a requirement to departmentalize the business, to build a scalable, robust and agile corporate structure.

The first of these new business units that SandSIV has created is SandSIV Analytics. This department will be led by Reto Kaeser. SandSIV Analytics will manage every aspect of research and development pertaining to the company's innovative VoC, CXM and Big Data solutions.

The second new business unit created by SandSIV is SandSIV Consulting. This department will be led by Jukka Hekanaho. SandSIV consulting will be responsible for the management of all SandSIV CXM and VoC consultancy services.

The third new business unit to be created by SandSIV is Product Solutions. This department will be managed by Frank Warnsing, who also takes a seat on the SandSIV Board of Directors as Chief Operations Officer. The Product Solutions department will be responsible all matters pertaining to solution development, as well as taking over the management and operation of the company's support platform.

These three new business units, SandSIV Analytics, SandSIV Consulting and Product Solutions, will combine with the existing Global Sales and Marketing department to form a completely new company structure, effective immediately.
