Sanderson Lincoln in Phoenix Co-Hosts 3rd Annual Carefree-Cave Creek Balloon Festival

Phoenix, AZ (I-Newswire) February 1, 2012 - Sanderson Lincoln is excited to announce the success of the third annual Carefree – Cave Creek Balloon Festival, which was co-hosted by the Phoenix Lincoln dealership. The event raised money to benefit the Tim & Willy Kid’s FUN-Dation.

The Carefree – Cave Creek Balloon Festival took place on Saturday, January 21, and included a showcase of hot air balloons of all shapes and sizes, as well as live music, fireworks, food and beverages, a kid’s zone, and a performance by the Arizona Skyhawks Parachute Team.

Sanderson Lincoln also brought several Lincoln cars for attendees to test drive before and during the event. For each test drive taken at the event, the Lincoln dealer donated $20 to the Tim & Willy Kid’s FUN-Dation. Those who test drive also received a thank you gift and had their names entered to win special prizes. In addition, VIP tickets for the event were available to give attendees access to a private VIP area with seating, fire pits, a bar, and a buffet dinner. $20 from each VIP ticket also went directly to the FUN-Dation.

There were over 6,000 paid attendees at the 2012 festival, and the Sanderson Lincoln test drives and Carefree – Cave Creek Balloon Festival combined to raise about $3,500 for the Tim & Willy Kid’s FUN-Dation.
