San Diego Charger Quentin Jammer Co-Hosts “J Bowl 2011” Scheduled for October 24th

San Diego Chargers defensive teammates Jacques Cesaire, Quentin Jammer, and former Chargers Punter Darren Bennett are set to co-host the 3rd Annual JBowl Charity Bowling Party

Rancho Santa Fe, CA (I-Newswire) October 21, 2011 - San Diego Chargers defensive teammates Jacques Cesaire, Quentin Jammer, and former Chargers Punter Darren Bennett are set to co-host the 3rd Annual JBowl Charity Bowling Party. The event will be held at Kearny Mesa Bowl located at 7585 Clairemont Mesa Boulevard on Monday, October 24, 2011 from 6:00 to 10:00 pm. Funds raised from the event will benefit Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy research as well as the Jammer Family Foundation in support of San Pasqual Academy, a school for foster teens. JBowl supporters include NFL Special Teams players Mat McBriar of the Dallas Cowboys, Sav Rocca of the Washington Redskins, Chris Kluwe and Cullen Loeffler of the Minnesota Vikings and Mike Scifres and David Binn of the San Diego Chargers.

Corporate event sponsors will bowl with some of their favorite current and former NFL players while sampling OneHope Wine and specialty drinks from Svedka and D’Lush. Guests will also enjoy culinary creations by Poway Sushi Lounge, Asti Ristorante, SaltBox, House of Blues, Rama, Cupcakes Squared, and Homies Buns. The event features a live and silent auction with a variety of items including a weeklong Paris, France getaway, a custom Taylor Electric Guitar, JetBlue Airline tickets, House of Blues concert and dinner package and priceless sports memorabilia. Partial event proceeds will directly impact San Pasqual Academy through the Jammer Family Foundation.
