Samsung DUAL SIM Promo Ignites the Groundswell

Lagos (I-Newswire) November 2, 2011 - Samsung Mobile, a division of Samsung Electronics West Africa (SEWA), a wholly owned subsidiary of the global giant in Smartphones, Samsung Electronics Company, has held the first draws in the Samsung DUAL SIM Promo that reward loyal patrons of Samsung Duo SIM mobile phones.

A total of 55 winners emerged at the end of the draw. 10 winners will cart away 43” Plasma TV, 15 people became automatic owners of notebooks in addition to 30 others who will smile home with DVDs players.

The electronic draw, which reinforced Samsung Mobile’s endearing commitment to reward consumers for the brand love, took place at SEWA corporate office in Lagos. It was conducted by MTECH, a renowned digital convergence firm, and was adjudged transparent by the observers including members of the press.

The Samsung DUAL SIM Promo is endorsed by Advertising Council of Nigeria (APCON), Lagos State Lottery Board and Consumers Protection Council (CPC).

Speaking at the event, Head, Product Marketing Hand Held Product, Samsung Electronics West Africa, Jude Omozegie said he is always excited whenever he has the opportunity to reward consumers. He observed that Samsung DUAL SIM promo is well received judging by consumers’ responses at Samsung retail outlets in all part of the country. He noted that it is an indication that Samsung is fast becoming consumers’ brand of choice due to its design, functionality, reliability and efficiency.

Only phones bought from authorized dealers, with genuine Samsung hologram, qualifies for the draws. The promo continues till December and the draws will be held every fortnight in Lagos. Three lucky people stand a chance to win the Samsung Home Kit offer which includes a 43” Plasma TV, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator in the grand draws in December 2011.

Samsung DUAL SIM Promo pack contains a promo scratch card that gives consumers an instant N200 airtime in addition to an opportunity to participate at the draws.
