Saint Consulting CEO Elected Nashville Opera Board President

Mike Saint, founder of The Saint Consulting Group, has been elected president of the Nashville Opera Board of Directors.

P. Michael Saint, CEO of The Saint Consulting Group, has been elected president of the Nashville Opera Board of Directors.

Mike succeeds M. Andrew Valentine as board president of Tennessee's largest professional opera company.

Nashville Opera's extensive education and outreach touring program reaches over 30,000 students throughout Middle Tennessee. Main stage performances are presented at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center and play to over 17,000 people annually.

A Nashville Opera board member for the past five years, Mike previously served on the board of directors of the Association of Management Consulting Firms in New York and as a trustee on the board of the Foundation for Excellence in Consulting and Management Inc. He serves on the governance committee of the Nashville District Council of the Urban Land Institute and is a former board member of the George Street Playhouse in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Nashville Opera has presented three different world premiere operas since its inception in 1981 and is among the most successful regional companies in the United States.

Its education and outreach touring projects are supported by grants from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Tennessee Arts Commission, and the Metro Nashville Arts Commission.
