Ryan Leighton has been appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer for Leightons Holdings with immediate effect.

uk (I-Newswire) January 21, 2011 - Ryan Leighton has been appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer for Leightons Holdings.

In his new role of CEO, Ryan will provide strategic direction for Leightons Opticians, Franchises and HearingCare. Over the last thirteen years Ryan has developed a comprehensive understanding of Leightons business, firstly within the Franchise Company, and over the last five years with the successful launch and development of Leightons HearingCare.

Ryan will be working closely with Sue Cockayne in her position of Managing Director of Leightons Opticians and Leightons Franchises, and who will also take on responsibility for Leightons HearingCare to enable Ryan to devote more time to his role of CEO. Richard Leightons remains as Chairman for Leightons Holdings, to ensure that Leightons continue successfully as a family business for many years to come.

Leightons Opticians operate a branch network of qualified opticians across the South of England, offering professional eye care, designer eye ware and prescription spectacles.

As a hearing care retailer, Leightons provide a full service for anyone worried about hearing loss. All Hearing Care Centres offer free hearing tests and full hearing assessments. Hearing tests involve a professional examination of your hearing and a relaxed discussion about any difficulties you might be experiencing.
