Robert Duvall to Host Fundraising Lecture & Dinner October 1

Luciana and Robert Duvall will host the second installment of the Robert Duvall Lecture Series, “The Making of Legendary American Western Films,” on Saturday, October 1, 2011. All proceeds will benefit the Robert Duvall Children’s Fund.

The Plains, VA (I-Newswire) September 2, 2011 - THE PLAINS, Va., – Luciana and Robert Duvall will host the second installment of the Robert Duvall Lecture Series on Saturday, October 1, 2011. The latest installment will be titled “The Making of Legendary American Western Films.” The event will be held in The Plains, Virginia from 4:30 p.m. through 10:00 p.m. All proceeds will benefit the Robert Duvall Children’s Fund, which supports projects that include micro-financing in Latin America, education in India, and the Evans Home for Children in the United States.

In addition to the lecture given by the Academy Award, Emmy and Golden Globe winning actor and director, the event will include hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction of unique film memorabilia, a private dinner with Luciana and Robert Duvall, live band entertainment and dancing. Attendees can chose from the following three ticket options:

• $500 VIP attendees can enjoy a private dinner with Luciana and Robert Duvall, as well
as the lecture, silent auction, heavy hors d’oeuvres, live band entertainment and
dancing, starting at 4:30 p.m.
• $300 Attendees can enjoy the lecture, silent auction, heavy hors d’oeuvres, live band
entertainment and dancing, starting at 4:30 p.m.
• $150 Attendees can enjoy live band entertainment and dancing, starting at 7 p.m.
