Dr. Moen will be an expert contributor on a panel discussion focusing on the topic “Medical Services Provision in Iraq - the Challenges, Risks and Mitigating Steps.” He will share insight from his extensive work in the field as a valued member of the RMSI medical team, bringing to light some challenges and risks associated with working in Iraq, and sharing RMSI’s experience in mitigating those risks.
