Marrano/Marc Equity Corporation recently named Riverstone Builders in Coral Springs, Florida as general contractor for 1200 The Ocean, luxury condos with private beach from the $900s - $2 million with up to 3,000 square feet.
Online, April 6, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Development company Marrano/Marc Equity Corporation recently announced that Chad Mulligan, president of Riverstone Builders in Coral Springs, Florida, is the general contractor for 1200 The Ocean. The boutique, oceanfront condominium, which recently broke ground to much fanfare along prestigious Hillsboro Mile, will offer only18 residences from the $900's to over $2 million with up to 3,000 square feet.
