RETTEW recently welcomed Luke Lazar, CSP, as director of RETTEW’s newly formed safety consulting division and safety consultants Kelly J. Kramer, CECD, HEM; Kristen M. Morgret, CSP; and Nathaniel W. Sheaffer, CSP.

Kramer, CECD, HEM; Kristen M. Morgret, CSP; and Nathaniel W. Sheaffer, CSP.

Luke Lazar, CSP
As director of RETTEW’s safety consulting division, Lazar is responsible for management and oversight of the firm’s safety consulting team and all services the safety consulting division provides. He is also responsible for business development and quality control/quality assurance within the safety division. Lazar works from the firm’s Mechanicsburg office.

Lazar comes to RETTEW with 19 years of safety consulting experience, which includes his providing safety consulting to large colleges and universities, Fortune 500 companies and small businesses. A certified safety professional (CSP) with the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, Lazar has a bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health from Millersville University. He is a member of American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE). He resides in York County, Pa.

Kelly J. Kramer, CECD, HEM
Kramer is a safety consultant who works from RETTEW’s Mechanicsburg office. He is primarily responsible for providing safety training to a wide range of clients, including construction firms, industrial firms, food manufacturers, pharmaceutical manufacturers and healthcare facilities. In addition to developing customized health and safety programs, Kramer conducts onsite safety audits and air sampling related to industrial hygiene. Kramer is a safety consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the health and safety industry. He has developed numerous health and safety solutions for both public- and private- sector clients. Kramer is a certified ergonomics compliance director (CECD) and a healthcare environmental manager (HEM). He is a member of ASSE and a graduate of Shippensburg University with a bachelor’s degree in geo-environmental sciences. He resides in Cumberland County, Pa.

Kristen M. Morgret, CSP
Morgret is a safety consultant who works from RETTEW’s Mechanicsburg office. She is responsible for providing industrial clients with industrial hygiene services, safety training, policy and procedure development, compliance audits and regulatory reporting in both the safety and environmental fields. Additionally, Morgret serves as project manager for long-term projects, responsible for supervising other consultants, client communication and representation, and budget management and oversight. She has more than 17 years of experience in the safety and environmental field. A CSP with the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, Morgret is also the only safety consultant at RETTEW who holds an asbestos certification from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. Morgret has a bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and hygiene management from Millersville University. She is member of ASSE and resides in York County, Pa.

Nathaniel W. Sheaffer, CSP
Sheaffer is a safety consultant who works from RETTEW’s Mechanicsburg office. He is responsible for the management and oversight of jobsite safety teams that provide safety oversight on large scale construction projects. Sheaffer has ten years of expertise in construction and outage safety management, which includes his developing and implementing safety programs ranging from residential developments to large-scale construction projects and power generation plants. His expertise also includes performing field audits of general industry and construction sites for compliance with federal, state, local and company guidelines. Additionally, Sheaffer is well versed in developing and implementing site-specific safety policies and procedures for construction project management, rescue response services, training and environmental response teams. Sheaffer is a CSP with the Board of Certified Safety Professional and has a bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and environmental health from Millersville University. He resides in York County, Pa.
