Remnant Radio Advertising Auction Helps Cash-Strapped Small Businesses

The remnant radio advertising auction division of The Wholesale Airtime Auction has announced a major change to their free radio commercial production division, which will allow more small businesses to qualify for the program.

In this day and age where big businesses get bigger as smaller businesses get smaller, this news gives us all some hope. The Wholesale Airtime Auction's remnant radio advertising auction division has just announced that they are reducing the budget requirements to qualify for free radio commercial production. Before now, their program required its customers to have an airtime budget of at least $3,000.00 per month - already a generous discount, when you consider that $3,000.00 normally wouldn't even rate a return call in the remnant advertising and media buying businesses.

Due to changing economic times and popular demand from micro businesses (businesses with less than $1,000,000 in annual revenue), they've decided to make the program more widely affordable by cutting the monthly minimum budget by over 50%. The Wholesale Airtime Auction says this change isn't coming without some serious pain.

"Make no mistake - we won't be making any real money off of this," said J. Mike Brown, General Manager of The Wholesale Airtime Auction. "We're only doing this because we've gotten ten inquiries about it every week for the past four years straight. The good news is, our production department isn't exactly working at capacity, and while we're paying them a salary, we might as well make full use of them. The bottom line here is that if even a handful of small businesses can use this to boost their sales to the point that they don't have to file small business bankruptcy, it'll all be worth it," said Brown.

The free remnant radio advertising production portion of the program is still the same. Radio commercial production includes:

* Professional vocal talent
* Basic background music
* Professional script services
* Studio recording of a 15-second, 30-second, or 60-second radio commercial
* Professional editing and delivery of the recorded commercial

For potential clients that have more money to spend, they also offer a number of upgrades: custom jingles, 800 number tagging for promotion codes, and other multi-talent skit solutions.

The Wholesale Airtime Auction's remnant radio advertising division is available in radio markets such as Dallas-Ft. Worth, TX; Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Fresno, CA; Palm Springs, CA; Sacramento, CA; Bakersfield, CA; and 300 other large and small radio markets, all across the US.
