End-customers can directly interact with enterprise business processes and applications, via Voice, IVR, SMS, Web and QR.

Reliance Cloud Video Surveillance

Reliance Cloud Video Surveillance is a landmark one-stop-shop solution designed to give enterprises seamless surveillance of all their sites across the country. Utilizing the Secure Video Surveillance Cloud technology and powered by RCOM's countrywide connectivity and Data Center infrastructure, the system incorporates alert-based recording at the central Data Center, in addition to continuous local recording. This means that even if the Network Digital Video Recorder at the affected site gets damaged, the recording of the event which caused the alert is still available.

Reliance Wirefree Business Internet

This is a first-of-its-kind service in India that brings Enterprise-grade Internet connectivity with wirefree convenience. Designed especially for the SMB segment, the service is powered by a cutting-edge plug-and-play box at the customer's premises and comes bundled with Security features and other value added services to take care of all aspects of workplace Internet connectivity, deployment and management.

ArchStore

Archstore is a cloud-based product for Archiving & Long term Storage needs. This service is mainly targeted at requirements pertaining to the management of data that is more referential in nature, for e.g., records related to KYC, Compliance, Background Information and so on, which need to be stored for long durations of time for statutory reasons. This type of data needs to be accessed infrequently, yet it has to be handy. Managing large data repositories is a huge task for enterprises, and ArchStore takes away all the pain points, storing the data in an organized manner.

"With innovation at its core and a proven track record of developing customized Corporate products, the India Enterprise Services unit is uniquely positioned to cater to the varied ICT needs of large Corporates and SMEs, including government bodies and PSUs," Mr Deepak Khanna, Chief Executive Officer, India Enterprise Services, RCOM, said.
