Online registration for May, June, July and August 2012 free trips to Israel will be available at toisraelnow.org for new applicants on February 15, 2012 and on February 14th for returning applicants.

New York (I-Newswire) February 14, 2012 - Young Judaea is a non-profit organization and an official provider of free Birthright Israel tours. Each tour is 10-days and is absolutely free. Tours are open to Jewish young people who are eligible for the Birthright program - aged 18-26 years and have never been to Israel on a peer program.

On Wednesday, February 15th Young Judaea official web site toisraelnow.org will accept online applications for tours departing in May, June, July and August 2012.

Avi Green, President of Young Judaea, tells, “Registration for Summer 2012 Taglit-Birthright Israel trips with Young Judaea starts on February 15, 2012 for new applicants and on February 14th for returning applicants. According to Birthright Israel rules, we can not post actual tour dates before the start of registration on February 15th. However we can say that Young Judaea will be offering many tours throughout May, June, July and August because Birthright Israel is hoping to fund a record number of tours this coming summer.

Actual registration opens at 10am EST, but it does not matter at all what time of day a person signs-up, so long as registration is completed on February 15th. As part of the registration, one will be asked to submit a fully refundable tour deposit and choose a preferred month of travel and preferred tour type. This is only to give us an idea about interests, and actual tour dates will be chosen on the Secondary Application about 7-10 days after the initial registration. Most of flights this season will be departing from New York City with some flights departing from Los Angeles and Philly.”

Avi Green finishes, “To learn more about how the registration process works in detail please visit the Young Judaea web site http://toisraelnow.org and join the Early Update List to get ready for Summer 2012 tour registration.”
