Candice Edwards-Marchrones an actress from Radcliffe, Manchester who took part in the reality show in 2008 then went on to study Media and Performance at The University of Salford. It was at University that she decided that she wanted to work for herself and set up her own business. 'I have a passion for fashion, and I know what students like to wear, and on what budget they have, so I decided to combine my love of clothes and my business head to make my own website www.thestudentboutique.co.uk'. After a declined business loan, nothing was going to stop her and she continued on with her plans to run her own business on the small amount of savings she had.
Candice also had the help of Rhian Sugden, her high school friend to help model the clothes for her, 'she has been an absolute star. Fashion photography is very different to her every day glamour modelling but she was able to improvise, and she has done a great job'.
Candice still continues to act and run a business, and is busy preparing for when Universities start back in September. The Business is getting stronger by the day and she aims one day to be as successful as ASOS.
