Online reviews are only part of a larger online marketing movement that is online reputation management, according to Liz Levenson, RSLR’s Chief Reputation Director. She believes building and maintaining a positive online image is crucial in today’s internet-driven society. “The problem is that there are so many options, so much to do, and so many ways to make mistakes when it comes to online marketing that companies are afraid to start.
