North America Auctioneers successfully auctioned off three properties this morning in Gibsonton, Florida. The properties included a church, a daycare center & a small home. Over 40 were in attendance.

(I-Newswire) January 15, 2010 - North America Auctioneers successfully auctioned off three properties this morning. The properties included a church, a daycare center & a small home. In attendance were over 40 people with 16 of those registered bidders. At 11 am auctioneer Peter Spatz (a long time Real Estate Auctioneer and owner of the company) started taking bids on the church,"Start me out folks, it's your auction." he chanted. In an interview after the auction was completed Spatz remarked, "These properties had been on the market for quite a while before the seller contacted us, and in less than 30 days we were able to sell all 3 properties." According to Doug Adrian (Auction Manager and Marketing Director for the company), the intense focused marketing campaign utilized is the key to the company's success. "In this economy an auction should not be the option of last resort it should be the seller's first choice. The results today are proof of that."Adrian said.
