Online, October 24, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Representatives of RE/MAX Platinum Realty recently returned from A Place in The Sun International Real Estate Showcase in Birmingham, United Kingdom, where they represented developer communities in Tampa as well as RE/MAX Platinum Realty's listings in the Sarasota area.
Co-owner Cheri Guentner and Global New Homes Division Manager Teresa Witte shared with UK buyers and real estate professionals about the numerous benefits of buying retirement and vacation property in the Tampa to Sarasota corridor, including the convenience to Orlando, cultural and recreational amenities, international airports, and the great buys that are still available. Witte also participated in a panel discussion emphasizing how Realtors can facilitate the home search and buying process for foreign buyers.

The exhibition saw an increase of 20 percent in the number of visitors over last year, approaching 5,000 visitors.
